Here are several great sample menu concepts designed by our chef that have been popular with many of our catering clients. These themed menus include options for American, Caribbean, Latin, and Southern American cuisine selections. All of our menus include artisan rolls and butter.

American

This is our chef's great take on classic USA flavors- and a definite favorite at many of our catered events. It's healthy, delicious and crowd pleasing for any number of occasions. A great favorite is the carved strip loin, which we think is American as apple pie.
